Delete Your Account

BetterSWE lets you delete your account and all associated data at any time. This page explains how.

How to delete your account

1. Open the BetterSWE app
2. Go to Settings
3. Tap Delete account
4. Confirm by tapping Delete forever

Your account will be deleted immediately.

What data is deleted

When you delete your account, all of your data is permanently removed, including:

• Your profile and account information
• Quiz history and scores
• Course and lesson progress
• Daily activity and streak data

No data is retained after deletion.

Can't access the app?

If you are unable to access the app, you can request account deletion by emailing cankennethwong@gmail.com with the subject line "Delete my account". Include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 7 days.
